We drive ANOTHER hour back home, dropped our dog off and drove ANOTHER hour back. We had another couple we were meeting there so we told them we had to go home to drop the dog off and we’d be back. We live about an hour away from the beach. As we approached the parking attendant she told us that dogs are not allowed on the beach. We arrived there around 8:30am with our dog on Sunday July 29th. Otherwise, there is nothing bad that I can say about this beach. The beach is covered, almost end to end, in broken shells and rocks so walking can be a bit difficult at times. I will recommend, if you are one with sensitive or soft feet, that you bring water shoes with you.
